Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Fees

Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 25% and return shipping fees. Canadianbestseller.com may assess the restocking fees and return shipping fees against the customer’s account or deduct the fees from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy. Canadianbestseller.com  reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for a refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment. For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns or replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. Canadianbestseller.com does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong item, the item did not match what was shown on the Canadianbestseller.com website or mobile application (the “Site”), or if we have made some other shipping error, provided the item is within its return policy period and in accordance with the Return Policy. For returns of unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, Canadianbestseller.com does NOT charge for restocking fees, but customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the Site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Canadianbestseller.com will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to 9 Royalcrest Rd Units #9, Etobicoke, ON M9V 2L6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Full Refunds

If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you will receive a full refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below.

Unopened items returned in the original condition as shipped 100% of the item’s purchase price but you are responsible for any return shipping costs

Partial refunds

If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below.

Unopened items purchased through Canadianbestseller.com Global that are returned in the original condition as shipped 85% of the item’s purchase price and you are responsible for any return shipping costs
Opened, non-defective notebook and desktop PCs, tablets, and TVs in original condition 75% of the item’s purchase price and you are responsible for any return shipping costs
You may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below. Returns for these reasons will require Canadianbestseller.com Customer Service assistance.
